I have just written to 'Notes from the Underground' aka David Aaronovitch:
"I very much liked what was available of your piece on the Tree fellers and the J6 rioters. But there are so many strands of this kind of journalism that there is no way I can afford to buy, or would have the time to read, all of them. Could you engineer a way of being able to read as wanted without having to subscribe to everything? Would a set of tokens held among different substacks work? one would spend them like bits of money from a central source."
Hope some way out could be found; otherwise we seem to be stuck in a fist fight similar to early capitalism's.
As a Green Party member, I find Zack Polanski's proposal that we should leave NATO understandable. The problem is those who support such a policy might not be doing so for the same reasons as Zack. I wonder how many of them also think Ukraine should belong to Putin.
